Hi - thank you for coming to view my photo album.
I've posted some of my "before" photos from 2002 when I was a size 10...then my pregnancy photos of 2003 where the weight started to pile on...
After having my baby in July 2004 my weight slowly continued to climb. I was often very tired being virtually a single parent (my partner works abroad) so tiredness prompted me to keep bingeing on high energy snack foods. Occasionally I tried to diet, but didn't manage to keep the weight off and went back to my old ways.
My weight reached an all time high of 11st 12lbs (urgh!!) on my small 5ft 1 frame, so I started the Atkins diet on 9 August 2005 - I will gradually post the results as and when I take photos!!
